We all know the weight of fear—how it holds us back, keeps us small, and fills our minds with endless "what ifs." But what if there's a path through fear?

This online 2-day workshop is an invitation to dive into that place of inner stillness within you—a sanctuary of peace that exists beyond fear, beneath the surface chaos of daily life: your relationships, work, uncertain future, social situations, natural disasters, etc...

Life without is a cyclone – a constant turmoil, conflict, struggle.
But it is only on the surface, just as on the surface of the ocean: waves, maddening noise, constant struggle.
But this is not all of life. Deep down there is also a center – soundless, silent, no conflict, no struggle. 
In the center, life is a noiseless flow, relaxed, a river moving with no struggle, with no fight, no violence.
That inner center is the search.


If you know how to relax, nothing can disturb you. If you don’t know how to relax, everything will disturb you.
 

When you connect with this inner center something remarkable happens: fear loses its grip, and you begin to live more vibrantly, more authentically.​

Facilitators

Shunyo: Born in England, Shunyo served as one of the enlightened mystic Osho's personal caretaker,and author of the bestselling "Diamond Days with OSHO". For nearly 50 years as Osho's disciple and over 40 years as a leading meditation teacher and Vipassana retreat at OSHO Multiversity in Pune, India and around the world, she has guided countless seekers.

Her presence shares love and profound meditation worldwide with humor, beauty, and creativity.

Veet Marco:  Italian-born musician whose mystical sounds are beloved globally. His delicate music flows from deep meditation, developed through 40+ years performing at OSHO events.

His compositions from OSHO: The Book of Secrets (Tantra) are uniquely meditative. He also creates modern ethnic-fusion pieces with innovative swing elements. Guitarist, keyboardist, composer.

Techniques of Yoga, meditation, Zen, are basically to help you to be again in contact with the center; to move within; to forget the periphery – to leave the periphery for a time being and to relax into your own being so deeply that the outer disappears completely and only the inner remains. Once you know how to move backward, how to step down into yourself, it is not difficult. It becomes as easy as anything. But if you don’t know, if you know only the mind clinging to the surface, it is very difficult. Relaxing into oneself is not difficult: not clinging to the surface is difficult.Centering is the aim. Once you are centered you can move to the periphery but you will be totally different. The quality of your consciousness will have changed altogether. Then you can move to the periphery but you will never be the periphery again – you will remain at the center.
