About me
Kantu
An artist of transformation.

Born into a family of Japanese Buddhist monks, she was drawn to spiritual paths from an early age. This calling led her through 15 years across India, Germany, Spain, and Norway before she settled in Bali in 2019.
Her inner journey began in 2002 at the Osho International Meditation Resort in India, where she started exploring meditation, therapy, bodywork, and art—a quest that continues to this day.
She has experienced therapy trainings in over 10 countries across the West and East. Through this, she discovered that though cultures, conditioning, pain, and trauma vary from place to place, but love remains a universal constant.
Her deepest passion is to help people connect with that space of love—
to experience "Yes to Life" and discover their authentic expression, joy, and creativity.
She facilitates art workshops/training and meditation gathering across Europe, China, and Japan.
All her sessions and classes are held in a safe, friendly, and loving space.
Her daily practices include body detox, yoga, dancing, trekking, being in nature, and meditation.
She is also a ceramic artist.
Trained in Gurdjieff Movements, Osho Master Painter, ARUN Conscious Touch, Family Constellation, Zen Counseling, and Clean Communication. Certified Meera Art Foundation therapist.
